Return and Refund Policy

At Golden Treasures , we are committed to providing our customers with high-quality products. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, please review our Return and Refund Policy below for information on how to return items and request a refund.

Returns

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you need to return an item, please note the following conditions:

  • Eligibility for Returns: Returns are accepted within 30 days of the purchase date.
  • Condition of Items: Items must be returned in their original condition, unused, and with all original packaging and tags intact. If the item has been damaged or altered, it will not be accepted for return.
  • Non-returnable Items: Certain items are non-returnable, including:
    • Customized or personalized products

How to Return an Item

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Us: Email us at shop@goldentreasures.org within 30 days of receiving your order to request a Return Authorization (RA) number.
  2. Return Authorization (RA): Once your request is received, we will provide you with an RA number and instructions on how to return the item.
  3. Ship the Item: Pack the item securely in its original packaging and include the RA number. You will be responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or damaged.
  4. Return Address: The return address will be provided in the RA instructions. 

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you by email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed according to the payment method used during the original purchase.

  • Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Depending on your card issuer or payment provider, it may take up to 10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like to exchange an item for a different size, color, or product, please initiate a return for a refund and place a new order for the replacement item.
