  • Order Processing Time: All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
  • Custom Orders: Please allow additional time for custom orders, which may take up to 7-10 business days to process.

Shipping Methods & Costs

We offer a variety of shipping methods depending on your location:

  • Standard Shipping: Delivery within 5-7 business days (for US orders). Shipping cost calculated at checkout.
  • Expedited Shipping: Delivery within 2-3 business days. Shipping cost calculated at checkout.
  • International Shipping: Delivery time varies by destination. Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout.

Note: Shipping fees are non-refundable once the order is shipped, and we cannot guarantee shipping times due to unforeseen circumstances like weather, customs delays, or carrier issues.
